"This guitar has been modified a couple of times and it's now one of the most reliable instrument i own, always first choice for live and recording when a modern strat sound is needed."
Main guitar 2
Fender Telecaster relic 63, lake placid blue, rosewood neck with Custom Shop (relic) parts. "I bought this guitar just before the recording of "Signs" i needed a guitar that could fit well in this electric-acoustic situation and i found that tele sounded like a voice. The track "May 2nd" was recorded with it the next day i got the guitar and it was just about 1 take..this guitar has a cool vibe and it's the most inspiring instrument ever!"
Main guitar 3
James Trussart Deluxe Steelcaster custom made for Steev. This steelcaster is based on a thinline tele with a steel body, fat 52 V neck with a rosewood fingerboard, distressed cream on Lake Placid Blue finish with my logo on the body. The neck Humbucker is a Tom Holmes and bridge pickp is an Arcane, the guitar has a Piezzo bridge transducer system.
"This on is the guitar i use with my own project mainly, the configuration allows me to get a wide variety of tones out of it and it looks awsome."
My old friend
A Fender Stratocaster with a strange sunburst and matching head finish, a maple neck, alder body, Suhr DSV Humbuckers on neck and bridge and a Suhr V60lp in middle. the bridge is a Gotoh.
The guitar was totally modified in 2007, when i got it back in 1995 it was modified already..it had a Kahler tremolo and EMG pickups.
“this instrument has been with me all around the world for years, probably my best friend!” i know it's a 89 US strat but i have sever seen anothe guitar like that one..i think it's based on a contemporary model.
